Focusing on the emerging intersectionality of American theatre, a panel of theatre artists and leaders — Hansol Jung, playwright and theatre director; Jonathan McCrory, Artistic Director at the National Black Theatre; Roberta Uno, Director of Arts in a Changing America; Mia Yoo, Artistic Director at La MaMa— consider the practices of activism and collaboration diversifying the contemporary American stage. Curated by Marina Chan ’17 CC as part of the Asian Americans in Theatre: Art and Activism series, and co-sponsored by the Barnard College Department of Theatre Stages of Inquiry series and Asia Society Performing Arts Department.
